This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between the guest (the “Client”) and Alojamiento Aucapillán (the “Property”). By making a reservation, the Client expressly accepts the provisions detailed here, as well as the complementary policies that form an integral part of this agreement.

1. Bookings and payments

1.1. To confirm a direct booking, an advance payment or full payment will be required, as agreed with the Property.
1.2. Bookings made through external platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Despegar, or others) are governed by the conditions of those platforms, without prejudice to the application of these general clauses.
1.3. If there is any outstanding balance, it must be paid in full at check-in using the available payment methods (cash, bank transfer, card with surcharge).

2. Cancellations, changes, and early departure

2.1. Any cancellation or change is governed by the Cancellation and Booking Changes Policy published on this website.
2.2. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time the request is processed.
2.3. In case of early departure, no refunds will be issued for unused nights, unless the Property decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

3. Security deposit and damages

3.1. Any matters related to the security deposit and damages are governed by the Security Deposit and Damages Policy, available on this website.
3.2. For certain bookings, and in all cases for Cabin Likankura, a security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay will be required, payable at check-in.
3.3. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or breaches of the House Rules.
3.4. Any damage to the facilities, furniture, or equipment will be deducted from the deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, the Client must pay the difference.

4. House rules and use of the facilities

4.1. The Client and their companions agree to comply with the House Rules, available on this website.
4.2. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the stay, with no right to a refund.
4.3. Use of shared facilities (BBQ grills, parking, common areas) is governed by rules of coexistence and cooperation among guests.

5. Property liability

5.1. Liability regarding personal belongings and proper use of facilities is governed by the Responsibility for Personal Belongings and Responsible Use of Facilities Policy, available on this website.
5.2. The Property is not responsible for loss, misplacement, damage, theft, or robbery of the Client’s personal belongings or valuables left in the unit or common areas, unless custody has been expressly provided with a receipt.
5.3. The Property is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, unforeseen events, weather phenomena, or interruptions to public services.

6. Client responsibility

6.1. The Client is responsible for the conduct and safety of all persons included in the booking and any authorized visitors.
6.2. The Client agrees to use the facilities, equipment, furniture, and services responsibly and diligently, and commits to:

• Not tamper with electrical, gas, or water installations without authorization.

• Maintain respectful behavior in common areas.

• Avoid actions that may compromise their own safety or that of others.

6.3. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Property due to negligent or improper use of the facilities. Such damages may be deducted from the security deposit or charged directly to the Client.

7. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

7.1. The Property may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7.2. The current version will always be published on the official website.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

8.1. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or compliance with these Terms & Conditions is governed by the laws of the Republica Argentina.
